How are you doing? Feeling? Coping? In my coaching sessions, many of my clients are relaying their emerging breakthrough insights and experiences as barriers breakdown in their inner and outer lives.
It’s messy, confusing, uncomfortable, and exhausting. Simultaneously, it is enlivening, uplifting, hopeful, and liberating. The intensity of the tension is real. I have been revisiting my book, Living From the Center Within, Co-Creating Who You Are Becoming.
“Change does not occur without the discomfort and sacrifice of leaving old beliefs, meanings, and habits behind. Transformation takes intentional choice.“– Page 107 of Living From The Center Within
What intentional choices are you making to support your process of transformation?
“We are living amidst a transformative period in human development, experiencing dramatic paradigm shifts, exponential acceleration, and leaps in human consciousness itself. It is exhilarating and it is terrifying. Humanity is at a crossroads. We must choose to cease our doing that fosters depletion, conflict, separation, and scarcity, and choose to support being sustainable, collaborative, inclusive, and abundant. When in fear, we allow limiting ideas, beliefs, self-talk and disease generated from ourselves or others to direct our experience. When living from our gifts, talents, passions and strengths, we consciously co-create who we are becoming personally, interpersonally, professionally and collectively. Living in our power as the full expression of our true nature from our Center Within is a treasured gift to all beings.”

Why be a coach or utilize a coach for support? More from Living From the Center Within, Co-Creating Who You Are Becoming.
“Coaches assist clients to understand, integrate and embody new experiences and realizations. They can examine the current and falling-away paradigms together. Occasionally transforming experiences can be unsettling. They can feel out of the ordinary as we move into unknown territory. Gradual emergence of new paradigms and perspectives is preferred to becoming overwhelmed, which can cause disruption in our psychological, social and occupational functioning. It is important for clients to stay centered amidst openings to new views of reality that often do not fit with the dominant cultural model of what is true and acceptable.” – Page 106 of Living From The Center Within
“Coaches invite us towards our inner capacity for healing, wisdom, and compassion. Coaches assist us in assimilating, integrating and stabilizing higher consciousness, and can be invaluable on the journey. They remind us our state of Holiness is always present, even if our focus is our gaps or holes, making wholeness feel elusive.” – Page 108 of Living From The Center Within
