Are you drinking from a fire hose too?
It has been a lot lately! How are you navigating this ‘drinking from a fire hose” energy as we go through a divisive Presidential election here in the US, 5 planets in retrograde, a record number of solar flares, and unpredictable change? Many years ago, one of my spiritual teachers (infinite gratitude to you Dr. Jan Adams) coined these days of rapid transformation a FOG, “F**ing opportunity for growth.”
What is emerging in your inner and outer world?
In August I had the opportunity to lead a teaching and discussion in my New World Women group on “Living in the New Era: What are you envisioning for humanity’s ideal future?” What an inspiring hour!
We explored:
- What are the old and new eras?
- What would an optimal future look like?
- How are we evolving as individual human beings?
- What wisdom does your future self have for you today if she could talk to you?
- What positive impact will living new era principles have on our relationships and society?
Now more than ever we are invited to respond instead of overreact. Now is the time to direct our intentions towards optimal choices, behaviors, and outcomes for ourselves and all who inhabit the earth. We are invited to stay interconnected and be in a relationship with those who nourish our hearts and minds. We are encouraged to speak our truth, be respectful, and listen deeply.
When you imagine our best future for all beings, what are your values, mindset, beliefs, and guiding principles?
We who have been practicing self-care, grounding, mindfulness, and centering are putting ALL our tools into action. A friend recently described our bodies and the body of Mother Earth as “inflamed.” Can you feel it? Inflammation assists as we are in transition and healing. If we get stuck in that condition, repeating cycle after cycle of inflammation causes harm. Find your way back to YOUR CENTER WITHIN!
How are you staying regulated? Can you manage your attention and not go off into every ‘shining object,” distraction, piece of news, or fear?
Know that you are surrounded by high-frequency light. We have so much support flowing in and through this planet. You are encouraged to attune to the vibration of love, not fear.
