There is a fundamental transformation occurring in our organizations and institutions throughout the planet. We are learning to function as global citizens; we are embracing the value of building relationships and collaboration; and we are honoring strength based systems to name a few examples of the shifts occurring. How do we navigate these changes with ease, flow and grace? How do we contribute to this planetary transformation in our daily work lives and leading our organizations? How do we express our best self at work?

In the beginning, we assess and build skills such as communication, conflict resolution, time management, accountability, problem solving, stress reduction, teambuilding, emotional intelligence and change management. Once we have a foundation of skills in place, integrated and embodied, we can explore creativity, passion, empowerment, productivity, balance, cohesion, and wholeness. Together we co-create who we are becoming at work; going from good to great.
