Interpersonal Development

“Speaking and listening from your Center Within provides a shift in your perspective and understanding, transforming and deepening the connection and meaning in yourself and your relationships.” -Michele Rae

As we continue to develop and grow personally our perspectives expand, shift, and deepen. By design, everything we relate to changes and improves as well. We may find ourselves outgrowing old patterns of communication based on habit, reactions and the need to be right as we develop our abilities to respond from our Center Within. We desire deeper conversations and connections in our relationships at home, work and in our communities.

During our sessions focused on relating from the Center Within, you will learn proven tools that improve skills in expressing feelings and desires, and expand your ability to listen effectively. We will explore and practice authentic and non-violent communication, appreciative inquiry, mindful listening, and finding a still place inside. What we often discover are underlying beliefs and patterns in relationships that prevent ease in dialogues. Shift your perspective and understanding, transforming and deepening the connection and meaning in yourself and your relationships.

“The unconscious nature of FAMILY relationships roll from one generation to the next generation like a fire in the woods, until one person has the courage to face the fire. That person brings peace to those who came before him and spares the generations that follow.” -Terry Real
