Michele is an intuitive coach and mentor, healer, facilitator and speaker with over 25 years experience inspiring individuals and groups to maximize their potential and capacity in everyday living. She is a graduate of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota and the Center for Mind Body Medicine’s Professional and Advanced Training Program in Washington DC. Michele’s healing and energy training also includes Reiki, Holographic Memory Resolution and Therapeutic Touch. She received ordination as a minister from The Alliance of Divine Love, an international ministry organization focused on spiritual direction and counseling; honoring all spiritual traditions. Michele has been a student of spiritual traditions, the evolution of consciousness, and enlightenment for over 30 years.
Combining her various experiences and education, she assists individuals and groups journey to their own Center Within and fully discover their true nature. This invites her clients to live a life of Ease, Flow and Grace in alignment with the All That Is; expanding their capacity for living.

Organizational development and workplace enhancement takes many forms for Michele. With over 25 years experience leading and facilitating organizational development in various work groups, Michele catalyzes transformation at work that produces wholeness. Michele works with small businesses from service to retail including such diversity as an oncology clinic, catering company, health and wellness retail, a scaffolding company, and a Jiffy Lube branch! Spiritual development in groups and a passion for Wholeness in Mind-Body-Spirit is provided in many settings by Michele. She teaches "The Power of Relaxation" course at health and wellness clubs, the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing, assisted living facilities, with military families, and cancer survivors. She has worked as a consultant with United Way for years providing training for the community on health, wellness and stress reduction. Speaking throughout the country on topics ranging from individual expansion, group process and development and workplace enhancement, Michele touches many with her words of compassion and wisdom. She has spoken at national conferences for business and healthcare, provided lectures to College of Pharmacy students on various aspects of leadership, and led teleconferences for the National Home Infusion Association. She regularly speaks to executives, educators, health care professionals, community groups, work teams and non profit organizations about recognizing their true passion and purpose; providing skills that Expand and Enhance their capacity for Living.
